Shoaib is the co-founder of Buffy, a direct-to-consumer bedding company, that has achieved over $150M in cumulative sales over the past 5 years. In addition, he has 10+ years of strategy, finance & operations experience. He is an active real estate investor and has a portfolio of self-storage facilities in Texas and Florida.
Prior to Buffy and Self Storage, Shoaib was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he worked with Fortune 500 and Private equity clients on commercial due diligences & go-to-market strategies.

Kenny Crowley, Acquisitions
Kenny comes from a lifelong background in the field of construction and contracting, both in the residential and commercial sectors. Eventually transitioning his knowledge and skills from that career towards the industry of real estate, he quickly became a successful broker and eventually an investor himself over the past decade. With a current focus on light commercial and industrial flex space and self storage facilities, Kenny heads up the acquisitions department of the versatile Moonshadow Capital team.
